Assembly Instructions

• Remove the machine from packaging, position and screw lever handle into machine
• Prepare components needed for production (these are to be purchased separately)
• Moulds are fixed to the revolving plate and are marked 1 and 2
• Place mould number 1 in front of you
• Place the front plate into the round mould
• Place your cut to size artwork over the front plate
• Place the mylar on top of the artwork
• Revolve the plate clockwise until mould 2 is in front of you and pull lever down to close the mould
• Place the back component into mould 2 needle facing down for pins
• Revolve the mould clockwise again, pull the lever down and press
• Revolve moulds and remove finished badge
