Produces professional button badges very quickly. Easy to use machine that comes with full operating instructions including template sizes.

Our machines are also capable of making other products, dependant upon size of badge machine chosen. Products/components available include button pin badges, button fridge magnets, button pocket mirrors, button bottle openers and button safety badges. Please note: each different size will need their own machine.

  • Creates 38mm button badges
  • For use with our 38mm G Series components
  • Compact design
  • Cushioned rubber grip handle
  • Steel moulds to create the front and back of the badge
  • Capacity to produce 100 badges per hour
  • Approximate dimensions of machine 24.5 x 26.8 x 11cm
  • Rubber feet for grip
  • Artwork required cut size - 51mm

Assembly Instructions

  • Place the metal ring inside the mould with lines facing upwards
  • Prepare components needed for production (these are to be purchased separately)
  • Place the front plate into the mould
  • Place your artwork then mylar into the mould
  • In the headstock line up the marks "0" with "1"
  • Place the headstock over the mould lining up the marks "0/1"
  • Pull lever until it will go no further, pull lever up, slide the whole mould and remove the metal ring
  • Insert the back part of the badge into the mould (pin facing down if using pin backs)
  • In the headstock line up the mark "0" with the mark "2", place the headstock over the mould lining up the marks "0/2"
  • Pull the lever until it will go no further
  • Pull the lever up and slide out the finished button badge
