- Cushioned rubber grip handle
- Steel moulds to create the front and back of the badge
- Capacity to produce 100 badges per hour
- Approximate dimensions of machine 24.5 x 26.8 x 11cm
- Rubber feet for grip
- Artwork required cut size - 51mm
Assembly Instructions
- Place the metal ring inside the mould with lines facing upwards
- Prepare components needed for production (these are to be purchased separately)
- Place the front plate into the mould
- Place your artwork then mylar into the mould
- In the headstock line up the marks "0" with "1"
- Place the headstock over the mould lining up the marks "0/1"
- Pull lever until it will go no further, pull lever up, slide the whole mould and remove the metal ring
- Insert the back part of the badge into the mould (pin facing down if using pin backs)
- In the headstock line up the mark "0" with the mark "2", place the headstock over the mould lining up the marks "0/2"
- Pull the lever until it will go no further
- Pull the lever up and slide out the finished button badge
